Accounting Firm Hires DialPro Northwest for Speech Attendant

BELLEVUE, Wash. -- Accounting firm Clark Nuber has selected DialPro Northwest for a voice-enabled telephone attendant system to automatically route and handle calls corporate wide.

Under the contract, DialPro has designed and installed a natural speech-enabled attendant system that allows callers to connect with any of Clark Nuber’s 140 employees simply by saying the name of the person or department.
