Active.Ai Partners with Finastra for Conversational Banking App

Through a new partnership between Finastra and Active.AI, joint customers can now consume Active.Ai's One conversational artificial intelligence retail banking app via the FusionStore. Banks and credit unions will be able to deploy AI avatars to engage their customers and members 24x7 in the banking channel of their choice.

Active.Ai helps banks and credit unions create intelligent virtual assistants. Its conversational banking technology uses advanced natural language processing (NLP) and machine intelligence to enable customers to have natural dialogues over messaging, voice, or IoT devices.

Key features of the app include the following:

  • Pre-built workflows, pre-trained datasets, and pre-certified integration with Finastra for balance queries and fund transfers;
  • Highly customizable features, including business rules, custom responses, and branding;
  • APIs available for extending features; and
  • Support for iOS, Android, Web apps, Facebook virtual agent, and skills for Alexa and Google.
