Aculab Adds Ivona TTS to Its Aculab Cloud

Aculab, a provider of telecom products to the global communications market, has expanded the text-to-speech (TTS) capabilities on its cloud-based platform, Aculab Cloud, with the addition of its third TTS engine from Ivona Software.

With the addition of IVONA TTS, Aculab is also able to offer many more language options for developers, such as U.S., U.K., Australian, and Indian English; European and Canadian French; German; Italian; Polish; Danish; Dutch; European and Brazilian Portuguese; and Icelandic.

"Our prime objective is to make it easier for people to add telephony or use telephony to aid their business workflows," said David Samuel, director of sales and marketing at Aculab, in a statement. "By adding our third TTS engine, we have given our customers even more choice and flexibility. Furthermore, we are making business automation viable and affordable to both enterprises and SMBs."
