Adeptra Standardizes on Envox 6 for New Auto-Resolution Services

Adeptra has standardized on Envox 6, the company's communications development platform, for its new Auto-Resolution Services for Collections, a virtual contact center solution featuring next generation two-way voice and alerting capabilities. 

Adeptra's Auto-resolution Services for Collections is an automated, virtual contact center.  Adeptra's solutions offer account pre-filtering options; scripts and calling strategies; and, integration with payment options.   

Utilizing Envox 6 Studio's graphical development environment, Adeptra designed the call flows and response options for a personalized dialog.  Envox 6 includes integration with SpeechWorks RealSpeak from ScanSoft to turn text into synthesized speech.
