Alliance Systems Recognizes Aculab With "Supplier of the Year" Awar

MILTON KEYNES, U.K. - Aculab was recognized with the 'Supplier of the Year' award from Alliance Systems. The award was credited after Aculab consistently out-performed 17 other global Alliance suppliers.

This is the fourth year that Alliance has held its supplier awards. The winning supplier was chosen based on analysis of suppliers' monthly performances, against criteria set out by the TL 9000 Quality Management System (QMS), established to meet the quality requirements of the worldwide telecommunications industry.

Aculab scored an overall supplier performer index of 1.05 (with a perfect score being 1.00). The measurement criteria included: supplier quality rating (the proportion of items returned), supplier delivery rating (on time deliveries) and supplier fill rating (supplying orders in full quantities).
