Aspect Software Japan Enters Into Business Alliance with HP Japan
TOKYO, Japan - Aspect Software and Hewlett- Packard Japan entered a business alliance in Japan for selling a localized version of Aspect's workforce management software for contact centers, Aspect eWorkforce Management. The product was first released in 1980 in the United States.
HP Japan will support contact center operation optimization by offering Aspect eWorkforce Management to the Japanese contact center market. Based on TCS technology, Aspect eWorkforce Management enables contact centers to plan and manage the performance of multiskilled, multichannel, multisite, and outsourced staffing resources.
