ClickFox's patented software shows customers' step-by-step navigation through DTMF and speech-enabled IVR systems.  ClickFox translates customer interactions into a visual map of user behavior.

ClickFox's software takes advantage of Audium's native logging functionality to build a picture of customer interactions, and by integrating with Audium's application creation environment, allows users to see the impact of changes to the call flow, making possible the identification and implementation of iterative improvements to the IVR.
