Awaken Intelligence Partners with IRIS Audio Technologies

Awaken Intelligence, an agent guidance and conversational analytics solutions provider, and IRIS Audio Technologies, a voice isolation technology provider, have partnered to enable the live capture, isolation, transcription, and analysis of contact center audio in real time.

The partnership combines IRIS Clarity, an artificial intelligence-powered solution that removes background noise from calls and pre-recorded audio, with Awaken Intelligence's conversational analytics technology for improved audio quality, diarization of mono calls, and transcription and real-time analytics.
