Bright Pattern Expands into Singapore

Bright Pattern, a global provider of omnichannel cloud contact center software, has expanded its presence in Asia with a new datacenter in Singapore to support its growing customer base.

This expansion comes after other recent global expansions in Japan, Australia, Europe, and South America.

"We are excited to offer improved voice quality to our Singapore and Asia-Pacific customers," said Konstantin Kishinsky, chief technology officer at Bright Pattern, in a statement. "We have expanded our global customers base significantly over the last two years and have made several strategic moves to ensure these valued customers are receiving the highest quality service."

Bright Pattern cloud contact center software is used globally in more than 26 countries and 12 languages.
