Calabrio Partners with PCS Software
Calabrio, a provider of contact center workforce optimization (WFO) and analytics software, has announced a new preferred distributor partnership withPCS Software in Brazil. PCS specializes in the development of high-tech solutions for contact centers and is a provider in the rapidly growing Brazilian market.
Brazil is already the world's seventh largest market for contact center services and continues to grow. The new preferred distribution partnership with PCS is part of Calabrio's ongoing strategy to expand its growing global customer base through key partnerships in strategic locations around the world. Calabrio also recently opened a regional office in the Asia Pacific region.

Calabrio ONE is a comprehensive suite of contact center workforce optimization software. Recent enhancements to the suite include Avaya DevConnect Certification and Cisco Certification testing, including greater Cisco integration with Cisco Voice Portal (CVP).
