CallCopy Receives ShoreTel Partner Proven Certification, Adds New Business Partners

CallCopy, a provider of call recording solutions, has achieved ShoreTel Partner Proven status from ShoreTel, a leading provider of IP unified communications solutions. ShoreTel's Partner Proven status is a higher level of the ShoreTel Technology Partner Program, reserved for partners who have excelled in working with ShoreTel’s reseller partner community. CallCopy was originally accepted into the Technology Partner Program in 2008 as a certified member.

To receive ShoreTel Partner Proven status, members must have demonstrated and documented interoperability between the company’s solution and ShoreTel technology and demonstrated successes with ShoreTel's channel partner community. CallCopy's suite of call recording, quality management, screen capture, speech analytics, and performance management solutions has been certified on ShoreTel's Pure IP Unified Communications system.

CallCopy also added two new ShoreTel partners to its growing business partner community.Solar Communications, based in Chippenham, England, and Rocky Mountain Voice and Data, with headquarters in Bountiful, Utah, have signed business partner agreements to resell CallCopy's contact center solutions. "We were looking for a stable and flexible call recording solution that seamlessly integrates with ShoreTel, and CallCopy was the perfect fit," said Solar Communications Operations Director Richard Pool. "The CallCopy team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and accessible – both pre- and post-sales. They continually deliver an exceptional technology solution to our customers."
