Cellcom 18 months ago first implemented a speech- based corporate address book for its 4500 employees.

Mr. Yaron Horowitz, VP of customer service, Cellcom said, "This new service is part of Cellcom's efforts to continuously improve customer service and to provide its subscribers with much more convenient and user-friendly interfaces.
