Craig E. Holmes Appointed Vice President, CFO of Intervoice

DALLAS, TX - Intervoice Inc. (Nasdaq: INTV) announced the appointment of Craig E. Holmes as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Holmes has more than 20 years of experience in financial management and accounting with high-tech companies. He replaces Rob Graham who resigned from the company on July 25, 2003. Prior to joining Intervoice, Holmes provided financial and operational consulting to several technology corporations, assisting with captial and organizational structuring. Previously he served as CFO for Masergy Communications Inc, EpicRealm and Excel Communications Inc.
