Datria Releases Ticket Management 4.0

- Datria, a supplier of packaged, speech-enabled mobility applications for field service and asset management, released Ticket Management 4.0, which increases the number of configurable business processes by 70 percent. Companies use these workflows to automate existing service operations, providing mobile workers with connectivity to the systems that support them. The new capabilities are available to existing customers as a part of their existing maintenance agreements, and to new customers without any increase in price.

"Enterprises have long valued the benefits of configurable software packages," said Daniel Hong, lead analyst for Datamonitor and author of the recent market report, The Future of Speech in Field Services.  "With Datria's release of the 4th edition of the Ticket Management suite, it validates the packaged software concept - where vendors make the necessary investments that keep customers current with evolving standards while enriching capabilities of previously purchased software."

A new online interactive training tool is part of this new release of Ticket Management.  Enterprises create training scenarios and users hear educational prompts overlaid on top of their Datria application.

Datria has also refreshed its Web-based DVA Studio tool, simplifying management of speech grammars such as large parts catalogs. Datria's library of standard DataConnections has been extended to include the latest release of SAP NetWeaver, version 6.0, and connectors to GE Power System's Power On outage management system.
