Dragon Voicemail to Text Transcribes Esnatech's Office-LinX Voicemails
Nuance has announced that Esna Technologies (Esnatech), a cloud-enabled unified communication and collaboration solutions provider, has implemented Nuance's Dragon Voicemail to Text as part of its Office-LinX Unified Communication Platform to transcribe voice messages into text, enabling delivery via e-mail, text message, and IM.
Esnatech Office-LinX provides unified messaging and communications solutions for the enterprise that ultimately drive a more productive mobile workplace. Integrating Dragon Voicemail to Text has enabled Esnatech to further deliver the unified communications vision through seamlessly integrating voice calls into messaging workflows, allowing mobile workers to be more responsive and agile. The capabilities of this solution offer more flexibility with availability in multiple languages and in hosted and on-premise configurations. Esnatech's Office-LinX and Dragon Voicemail to Text capability is currently available for enterprise unified communications and messaging platforms.
