Empirix Announces Latest Siebel Systems Validations

CANNES, France - Empirix Inc. announced that the integration between Empirix Service Assurance for Siebel Call Center and Siebel 7 has been successfully validated.

 

Empirix Service Assurance for Siebel Call Center, developed with input from Siebel Systems, verifies the performance of Siebel 7 under real-world conditions. By incorporating Empirix voice testing capabilities and Web application testing capabilities, Service Assurance for Siebel Call Center simultaneously tests the voice and agent desktop performance of Siebel 7 implementations to ensure their reliability in complex environments.
