WESTBOROUGH, Mass. Gartner, Inc., a research and advisory firm, positioned Envox Worldwide in the Visionaries Quadrant of its Magic Quadrant for IVR Systems and Enterprise Voice Portals, 2006 report. This report evaluates vendors according to a set criteria including completeness of vision and ability to execute within the IVR and Voice Portal market.
