Excell Services Celebrates Three-Year Automation Milestone

TEMPE, Ariz. - Excell Services' Voice Automation Service for Directory Assistance has been deployed for three years. In the fall of 2002, Excell Services launched its service in cooperation with Nuance Communications.

Excell provides an automation platform with multiple call flows from which to select. Each call flow option offers a questioning strategy designed to optimize caller satisfaction and automation completion rates.
