Ltd., a Korean provider of multi-media language learning devices, to drive Eintech's Magic Talker's Personal Bilingual Assistant. Magic Talker's model EK-D8800 is now available to enable users to learn English via Fonix DECtalk's Text-To-Speech (TTS) technology.
