Fonix ConnectMe is a voice-automated telephone operator that routes incoming, outgoing and internal calls. Durham Jones & Pinegar currently uses Fonix ConnectMe to route after-hours calls to attorneys of the firm. Callers speak the name of the attorney they want to reach and are connected to that person's extension.
