GM Voices, a producer of professionally-recorded voice prompts for technology applications, today announced a partnership with Automated Voice & Data Solutions (AVDS), a provider of business voice over IP (VoIP) and interactive voice response (IVR) solutions, along with many additional voice and data services. The companies will work together to deliver turnkey communications solutions that combine feature functionality with automated voice recordings.
GM Voices and AVDS are linked through a unique business relationship with Interactive Intelligence, a provider of contact center, unified communications, and business process automation software. AVDS is an Interactive Intelligence Platinum Elite Partner, and GM Voices is the voice partner of Interactive Intelligence in many languages for several flagship technologies. AVDS will now be able to bundle custom, company-specific voice prompt recordings into the greater IVR solution deployment.
