DUDLEY, Mass. - General Voice releases Kontext, new P2P call/conferencing software that instantly provides automatic text transcripts with full audio record.
The product, called Kontext, is targeted at businesses that conduct weekly phone and conference calls. Using VOIP, Kontext connects one or more people Peer-To-Peer over the Internet allowing people to make free calls with the added benefit of real time audio record and automatic text transcript at all participant locations instantly. For data mining, Kontext supports transcript editing including text search to specific audio playback features. Kontext supports using microphones/PC speakers and standard PSTN telephones.
