Genesys Chooses Elix to Extend Their Training Offering

MONTREAL, QUEBEC - Elix announces that Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Alcatel, has chosen Elix to offer collaborative and unified training services to Genesys customers and partners. Elix will support contact center professionals wishing to update or renew their Genesys solutions knowledge, therefore optimizing their contact center investments. The Elix Academy, based in Montreal, joins San Francisco, CA and Raleigh, NC locations as an official Genesys University campus. The Elix Academy gives Genesys users access to a Genesys training center. The trainings offered on Genesys solutions are an integral part of Genesys University's general calendar. The collaboration between Elix Academy and Genesys campuses provides a more flexible and complete course calendar with an enhanced coordination of the training schedules. In addition, Elix's Genesys-certified trainers garner years of experience from real-life computer telephony integration (CTI) solutions cases and are renowned for the quality and professionalism of their courses. "This natural association is beneficial to both parties.
