Globitel's SpeechLog 7 Certified by Avaya

Globitel, a telecom and customer care solutions provider, announced that its flagship call recording and quality management product, SpeechLog 7, has been certified by Avaya for use with the Avaya Aura Communication Manager R7.0 and Avaya Aura Contact Center 6.4 solutions.

Avaya Aura Communication Manager is an open IP telephony platform providing more than 700 PBX features, and Avaya Aura Contact Center combines voice and multimedia contact processing, agent handling, management and reporting, networking and third-party application interfaces. Both systems are developed within the Avaya DevConnect program, which aims to create a diverse range of solution capabilities assisted by technology partners similar to Globitel.

Globitel recently released version 7 of SpeechLog, with a new interface and enhanced features. Previous releases of SpeechLog were certified by Avaya in 2008.

This ensures that we meet our vision of becoming the best in providing state-of-the-art solutions, and the certificate of compliance with DevConnect program by Avaya is a key indicator of SpeechLog's ability to flexibly integrate with most of the top encircling CRMs and CTIs out there in the market," said Globitel's president, Samer Halawa, in a statement.

The Avaya compliance certificate is in addition to other certifications from Microsoft, Cisco Systems, Oracle, and Hewlett-Packard.
