Huawei Partners with PerSay for Voice Biometrics

Huawei, a provider of next-generation telecommunications network solutions for operators around the world, has entered into an alliance with PerSay, a provider of speaker verification products, to bring voice biometrics to its IP Contact Center solution.

This new alliance expands PerSay's ability to deliver on the growing demands for voice biometrics technology across worldwide businesses. The alliance also allows Huawei to provide a pre-integrated voice biometrics-enabled IP Contact Center across enterprises globally. The integration of Huawei's IP Contact Center product suite and PerSay's text-dependent VocalPassword and text-independent FreeSpeech Voice Biometrics products were completed at Huawei's India lab.

This alliance will deliver a secure, multifactor authentication for access to services provided through the contact center.
