IVR Technology Group Announces iCAN Services

IVR Technology Group has launched iCAN hosted IVR applications. The unique design integrates Web and telephony to provide management tools to set up, customize, generate reports, and even download call detail for analysis or integration into the clients' databases or CRM programs.

"Traditionally, each application would need to be essentially hand-built, taking time and costing our clients increasingly difficult-to-find budget dollars," said John Crouthamel of ITG. "Now our clients can take advantage of an inventory of state-of-the-art application modules to get their programs up and running fast."

ITG has an ever-growing list of applications from Automated Appointment Reminders to Virtual Attendants to Click to Call Web support. Because the application modules are prebuilt, very little customization needs to take place to release them to live applications. Some of ITG's clients are enjoying turn up times measured in hours, not days as traditionally is the case with most hosted programs or services. In addition, all of the iCAN applications are in ITG's hosted environment, which means there are never any equipment charges nor any requirements for additional client staff.
