Ifbyphone Upgrades Its Suite of Phone Automation Services

Ifbyphone today announced a major upgrade to its suite of phone automation services.

Ifbyphone Version 3.0 is designed to help marketing and sales professionals manage lead generation campaigns more effectively, reduce the cost of handling customer calls, and eliminate dependence on expensive IT resources.

Available immediately, the re-designed platform with its advanced, yet easy-to-use, interface and new performance dashboard provides non-technical users the ability to take greater control of their voice applications and measure results instantly. All of Ifbyphone’s products have been enhanced, including their popular voice broadcasting, interactive voice recognition (IVR) and call routing services.

Used in conjunction with Ifbyphone’s Google Analytics call-tracking product, Dynamic Phone Number Insertion enables e-marketers to measure the effectiveness of individual campaigns that result in phone calls and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI.

  • Find Me Call Forwarding including call recording, customizable music-on-hold, schedule-based routing, caller ID-based routing, real-time call reporting, and the beta release of Call Queuing;
  • Automatic Best-Rate Pricing offers new packages that now require no pre-payment: customers are billed for usage at per-minute rates that automatically decrease as their monthly usage increases;
  • The commercial debut of beta features such as Conference Calling, Store Locator, Google Analytics Call Tracking Integration, and Lead Distributor; and
