Interactive Intelligence Introduces Packaged, Fixed-Price Services

Interactive Intelligence, a provider of unified IP business communications solutions, has introduced a new packaged, fixed-price set of professional services offered with the company’s all-in-one IP communications software suite for enterprises and contact centers.

“We’ve assembled a set of well-defined, fixed-cost packages based on best practices we’ve gleaned from thousands of global professional services engagements over the last decade and a half,” said Interactive Intelligence vice president of worldwide customer service, Pam Hynes. “These new packages are designed to guarantee customers get what they pay for, while eliminating the kind of open-ended service engagements many vendors use to drain an organization’s budget.”

The new packaged services are available immediately, and are offered directly to customers and through the Interactive Intelligence partner channel to augment specialized reseller integration expertise.

“We’ve worked to get our services team out of the customization business by relying more on the extensive set of configuration options in our products rather than code modifications,” Hynes said. “This will give our customers a competitive advantage by minimizing third-party costs and providing a faster return on investment.”

The Interactive Intelligence packaged services include a customer requirements assessment, competitive and industry benchmarking, and documentation. Examples of packaged offerings include predictive dialing for collections; agent screen recording; embedded call controls for in-house applications; automated agent scheduling; and speech-enabled interactive voice response.

Interactive Intelligence developed its all-in-one IP communications software suite to deliver advanced applications minus the cost and complexity introduced by multivendor solutions. Today, the company delivers a comprehensive solution set comprised of premises-based and on-demand offerings, including software, hardware, consulting, support, education, and, deployment services.
