Jacent Technologies Announces OrderStream for Domino's Pizza

SANTA CLARA, CA - Jacent Technologies Inc., a provider of turnkey voice-powered applications, announced the launch of its first product, OrderStream for Domino's Pizza. Pizza restaurant customers have been placing thousands of live pizza orders through OrderStream in pilot locations while Jacent has been tuning the application and the underlying communications platform over the past 24 months. Jacent is now offering its first commercially available version, OrderStream for Domino's pizza. The solution allows Domino's customers to place takeout and delivery orders over the telephone without the need of a human customer service representative. Orders are then automatically sent into the restaurant's point-of-sale system.
