Kodak Selects Edify for ASR Application

SANTA CLARA, Calif. - Eastman Kodak Company (NYSE: EK) selected Edify Corporation's advanced speech recognition application, enabling the company to streamline its call routing process and improve customer satisfaction.


With an array of products and different levels of customer service representative expertise, Kodak wanted to update its call management system to save costs while enhancing the customer experience. An Edify customer since 1995, Kodak looked to Edify to design a sophisticated speech solution in which customers could use natural language to participate in a friendly call dialogue that would direct them to the right CSR for optimal efficiency gains. Edify worked with Kodak to evaluate their needs and designed an advanced speech solution that applied to specialty areas.
