Sonant will initially target its Loquendo enhanced eCenter systems at small-to-medium businesses and government agencies in the United States.

With its new Loquendo-enhanced eCenter systems, Sonant will enable its customers to choose from an array of languages, including U.K. and U.S. English, Italian, Castilian Spanish, French, German, Brazilian, Portuguese, Mandarin Chinese, Greek, Mexican, Chilean, Argentinean, Swedish, Catalan.

Sonant offers a comprehensive set of features including Automatic Contact Distribution (ACD), Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Interactive Web response (IWR), electronic payment by phone and Internet, Computer Telephony Integration (CTI), and fax-back. Regardless of whether using IVR self-service or speaking to a live agent, Sonant's proprietary InfoLock technology retains all information associated with a call as the caller moves through the system.
