NTT Communications Launches COTOHA

NTT Communications introduced support service incorporating Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology. This new service is called COTOHA. COTOHA is an IT system capable of taking calls, analyzing the customer's inquiry, and responding accordingly.

NTT Communications says one of the benefits of using COTOHA is is that AI can work around the clock to answer customer calls. When the AI cannot handle the customer's inquiry, it will connect to the operator.
