Natural Speech Communication Adds Echo Cancellation Capabilities
TEL AVIV, ISRAEL - Natural Speech Communication has added echo cancellation capabilities to its board. According to NSC, the echo canceller,
when implemented, produces speech-driven services that use barge-in mode (the ability of a caller to speak while the prompt is still playing). Deploying an echo canceller on the NSCBoard
together with the speech recognition engine is designed to enable upgrading of current IVR services to speech-driven services running on already installed
systems. The only requirement needed in order to upgrade the system is a free PCI slot for the NSCBoard.
Also, with NSC's echo canceller on the speech recognition
board, the maximum capacity of the ports can be utilized .
