Nexidia Releases Speech Analytics Solution
ATLANTA
- Nexidia released Nexidia OnDemand.
Nexidia OnDemand is a managed service offering enabling organizations to leverage Nexidia's infrastructure to upload recorded audio for analysis and reporting. The information can be managed and accessed through the Nexidia OnDemand portal.
Nexidia enables access to business information from recorded audio assets and responses to peak demand for information within the enterprise.
Nexidia's audio mining and speech analytics software enables users to access information in recorded audio. Nexidia's Phonetic Search Engine technology allows for audio search by identifying phoneme patterns.
"The growing demand for leveraging existing enterprise data to improve business processes continues to drive new and innovative ways to access intelligence contained in recorded audio," says Krithi Rao, research analyst at Frost & Sullivan. "Nexidia OnDemand is a logical next step for enterprises interested in quickly implementing speech analytics solutions and for those that endure occasional but highly essential audio intelligence mining needs."
Nexidia's in-house infrastructure scales to 63,000 hours of audio analysis each day. In the past year Nexidia analyzed and reported on over 12 million contact center calls.
