NextiraOne and Elix Sign Services Agreement
MONTREAL, QUEBEC - NextiraOne LLC, a Platinum Equity company and provider of network solutions and services incorporating voice, data, contact center and converged technologies, and Elix, a specialist in interactive business solutions for contact centers, announced a service relationship in the contact center space. In this agreement, NextiraOne and Elix will explore opportunities where Elix can provide its experienced Professional Services team to support NextiraOne with implementation projects in the United States. Elix's CTI implementation expertise dates back eight years and includes over 50 large successful North American projects. Contact centers can benefit from services and enhanced customer support as a result of NextiraOne and Elix combined resources and products.
