OP3Nvoice and Digital Reasoning Team Up on Analytics for Multichannel Electronic Communications

OP3Nvoice, a conversation intelligence platform provider, and Digital Reasoning, a company that enables automated understanding of complex data sets, have teamed up to deliver an expanded solution for the monitoring and analysis of electronic communications.

The solution will leverage Digital Reasoning's Synthesys machine learning platform, which transforms structured and unstructured data into the underlying facts and relationships. By integrating with the OP3Nvoice platform that monitors all conversations, whether conveyed by audio, video or text, the combined platforms will provide a conversation analytics solution to uncover critical information within human communications.
