Phone Interactive Adopts Voxpilot's Open Media Platform

SAN FRANCISCO - Phone Interactive has added Voxpilot's VoiceXML platform to its IVR (Interactive Voice Response) offering in order to expand its Voice Service Provider (VSP) platform in the U.S. and beyond, thus creating a global hosting solution for voice access to self-service applications.

Voxpilot brings open standards portability with speech recognition and text-to-speech capabilities. All of these benefits are available with no capital expense to Phone Interactive's clients.
