Product Support Solutions Launches Transition Pathways Program

NEW YORK - Product Support Solutions launched the Transition Pathways Program (TPP) to support customers with their transition to next-generation IVR environments.

The Transition Pathways Program is designed for companies who have already identified the business need to upgrade to next-gen infrastructure and applications, and are planning the transition across key initiatives including:  infrastructure and architecture strategies for migration, optimization of existing infrastructure prior to transition, risk analysis for dual platform operation during transition, enterprise-wide risk management strategy for migration and phased roll-out, application analysis and detailed recommendations for technology deployments to meet business needs, and best practices for migration.
