Professional Recovery Consultants Chooses CallMiner
Professional Recovery Consultants, a third-party collections agency that serves more than 400 clients in a variety of industries, has chosen CallMiner Eureka Essentials for Collections, a speech analytics solution pre-configured specifically for outbound calling in the accounts receivables management industry.
