Pronexus Announces VAR with Vocantas

OTTAWA, CANADA - Pronexus Inc. announced that Vocantas Inc. has joined the Pronexus Value Added Reseller (VAR) program. Vocantas provides telephony and voice-enabled customer service solutions for the utilities, public sector and community banking markets. The Vocantas product portfolio includes OnCall™, a line of turnkey computer telephony solutions, as well as a range of other telephony and speech applications. Vocantas solutions are based on VBVoice, a development environment for telephony and speech applications.
