Pronexus Launches VBVoice 10.2

Pronexus today released VBVoice 10.2, the latest version of its interactive voice response (IVR) development platform.

In addition to a new design, VBVoice 10.2 offers features to optimize IVR applications for cloud environments and to give developers greater control and visibility into their application's progression.

The new look of VBVoice is designed to complement Microsoft Windows 10 and uses the Visual Studio library of icons, as well as an updated color palette to link types of controls and help developers analyze their call flows at a glance.

Other features in this release include centralized diagnostic logging, MRCP redundancy, dial control improvements, support for High Availability, and text serialization of control properties.

"We've been very encouraged by the feedback from our beta testers," said Valentin Doroga, chief architect at Pronexus, in a statement. "One tester called the version control very powerful, and another reported that the new icons made many controls more intuitive. It's so exciting to know that this release will bring positive, impactful changes to our developers, from companies deploying small-scale IVRs to companies deploying huge, complex cloud-based IVRs."
