Provident Funding Automates Customer Calls with Vocomo's Turnkey IVR Platform

CUPERTINO , Calif. - Provident Funding, L.P., a leading national mortgage lender, announced that VocomoR Corporation automated Provident's customer calls with Vocomo's VoiceXML IVR platform. This has allowed Provident Funding to increase customer satisfaction and improve employee productivity.


"Vocomo's IVR platform has made it possible for us to reuse software and infrastructure developed for our Web-based online account information services," said Garret Blake, IT Manager for Provident Funding. "With minimal effort, we have offered our customers a new way to access important information about their mortgages directly from their phones, using their own voices."


Provident Funding has deployed its on-premise Vocomo IVR solutions on a Dell server platform running Windows 2000 operating system. The VoiceXML application is using Microsoft Internet Information Server with database access to Microsoft SQL Server. The development environment is based on VocomoVoice Studio 2.0 with Microsoft Visual Studio .NET environment using VB.Net.
