Red Box Launches Conversa Voice Capture Platform

Voice specialist Red Box has released Conversa, an open microservices-based and cloud-agnostic enterprise voice platform that lets users listen to, share, and act on enterprise wide audio and media data.

Conversa captures audio and rich media from every conversation taking place across the enterprise. Conversa is platform-agnostic for on-premises, cloud, or hybrid delivery.

Free and open REST APIs ensure real-time access to and control of data sets and support artificial intelligence-ready audio, video, rich metadata, and transcripts to virtually any application. This provides access to an ecosystem of AI, analytics, CRM, business intelligence, and compliance tools to drive transformative business outcomes across customer and employee experience, sales performance, and automation.
