Sandbox Partners with Plaid on Voice-Based Identity Verification Solutions

Sandbox Banking, a provider of banking automation solutions and the integration platform-as-a-service (IPaaS) Glyue, has partnered with Plaid, providers of a data network powering the digital financial ecosystem, to strengthen automated identity verification.

The collaboration between Sandbox and Plaid integrates the Customer360 module and customer experience workflows from Glyue with Plaid's Verification solution.

A key highlight of this collaboration is the integration of Plaid's advanced identity verification capabilities with Sandbox Banking's customer experience workflows in a secure ecosystem that integrates the virtual call center, intelligent virtual assistant, and interactive voice response with the core banking software. Other opportunities from the partnership include the following:

  • Data syncing for enhanced risk detection.
  • Ongoing monitoring and fraud prevention.
  • Seamless account verification in real time.
