SoundBite Voice Messaging Solution Integrated into the Akcelerant Framework

Akcelerant Software and SoundBite Communications yesterday announced a strategic alliance that will incorporate SoundBite’s automated voice messaging solution into the Akcelerant Framework workflow and business process automation suite for the financial services industry.

The solution will enable Akcelerant’s customers to deliver automated messages for things like late payment reminders, mortgage approvals, welcome calls, and customer surveys. Available directly through Akcelerant, the on-demand service leverages SoundBite's multitenant customer contact platform and does not require additional hardware or software. The service is provided under a usage-based pricing model.

Arizona Federal, a credit union with $1.77 billion in assets and 223,000 member accounts, is leveraging the combined solution to collect on various types of debt. The credit union recently launched its first collections campaign and future plans include exploring calling campaigns to support customer care and marketing initiatives.
