Suki Integrates with Cerner EHR
Suki, a provider of voice artificial intelligence (AI) technology for healthcare, has integrated its clinical documentation solutions with Cerner's electronic health records system.
The most recent iteration of Suki Assistant helps Cerner users create clinical documentation with ambient note-taking, dictation, and intuitive commands, then integrates back into the system of record and automatically updates pertinent sections.Suki's ambient mode leverages generative AI to listen to a patient-clinician conversation and automatically generate notes.
With bi-directional sync, users can work seamlessly across Cerner and Suki to start and complete their documentation. Users can reference key patient chart data directly within Suki and view their previously signed Cerner notes and copy forward from these notes in Suki.
"At Suki, we strive to lift the administrative burden from clinicians," said Belwadi Srikanth, vice president of product and design at Suki, in a statement. "The EHR is a critical part of clinician workflows, so deepening our integration with the EHR means we can help our users save time and energy. Our improved Cerner experience will make it easier for clinicians to accurately document more efficiently."
Suki already integrated its technology with Epic and Athena.
Suki Assistant will integrate with MEDITECH Expanse, bringing generative AI to its EHR.
