TTPCom Chooses ART's smARTspeak XG

ATLANTA, GA and CAMBRIDGE, UK - ART Advanced Recognition Technologies Inc. and TTPCom Ltd., the independent supplier of digital wireless communications technology, announced that TTPCom will be porting ART's smARTspeak XG speech recognition technology onto TTPCom's GPRS platform. The announcement renews the companies' joint commitment to provide GSM manufacturers worldwide with the most sophisticated phones available. By adding smARTspeak XG to any TTPCom based handset, OEMs improve ease of use without any hardware change, and with no extra integration effort. The smARTspeak XG is an embedded, phoneme-based speaker independent name dialing solution designed for mass-market wireless mobile device deployment.
