TantaComm Partners with CallMiner

TantaComm has partnered with CallMiner to give contact centers access to speech analytics.

The agreement integrates CallMiner's speech analytics with TantaComm's workforce optimization solution. The combined solution can be installed on premises or delivered from TantaComm's private cloud.
