Taylor Cadillac and Taylor Kia Launch bridgeSpeak AR

MADISON HEIGHTS, Mich. - Both Taylor Automotive stores, Taylor Cadillac and Taylor Kia, have gone live with its bridgeSpeak AR communication system. 

"Taylor Automotive is a very exciting customer for us," says Prescott Sanders, professional services manager of bridgeSpeak.  "With one bridgeSpeak AR system, we are improving the efficiency of both Taylor Cadillac and Taylor Kia, and are generating additional business for them."

bridgeSpeak AR's speech-enabled auto attendant answers incoming calls for both stores.  bridgeSpeak AR's multi-store functionality means that one system can handle incoming phone calls for multiple stores, each with their own greeting. 

Business development and reminder calls are made every day with little to no employee intervention, and are driven off of the existing data in Taylor Automotive's Dealership Management Software.  Again, bridgeSpeak AR's multi-store functionality allows one system to contact customers for multiple stores.
