Telelogue's Automated Directory Assistance (DA) Bundled with Z-Tel Services

ISELIN, NJ - Z-Tel Communications Inc., a provider of local, long distance and enhanced telecommunications services, announced that it now offers Telelogue's automated Voice Directory Assistance™ (VDA) through its Personal Voice Assistant™ (PVA) feature to all its business and residential customers. "Adding Telelogue's Directory Assistance access from PVA is further demonstration of how a Z-Line is better than a phone line," stated Douglas Wood, Z-Tel's director of product innovation. "DA from PVA enables customers to use the power of their voice to look up and call telephone numbers not only from home but also while traveling. Telelogue's VDA will provide voice automation of directory assistance calls for local and national listings and provides operator assistance as needed through partnership with a call center.
